LCSW - Therapist
Lora received her bachelors of art in Sociology at State University of New York and her Masters of Social Work in Springfield College, Massachusetts. She has worked with adolescents and young adults in various settings including high schools, wilderness and community mental health. Areas of experience include developing leadership workshops and opportunities, social skills and relationship development. She has provided psychotherapy services to culturally diverse populations specializing in anxiety, depression, personality disorders and post-traumatic symptoms. She especially enjoyed working with adolescents in outreach projects and in wilderness where she incorporated an holistic approach of health and nutrition and emotional growth with the population she worked with. She believes that “creating safe and healthy relationships that are built on an individual’s strengths, personal goals and values” will motivate the therapeutic healing process. In Lora’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of the diverse cultural and outdoor opportunities that Utah has to offer.
