Natalie brings over 25 years’ executive leadership experience in the healthcare industry; with13 of those years exclusively focused on clinical treatment, supervision and administration in residential treatment facilities. Natalie’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution/Mediation, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Utah-state-qualified Supervisor, and enjoys investing in the growth of developing clinicians. Natalie is passionate about addressing the unique mental health needs of the girls at Eva Carlston and helping them know how much they matter. “Our teens need to understand how much others care for them. With the confidence that comes from knowing they matter, our teens begin to imagine their purpose in life and how they can affect our world for the better. ” Natalie practices from an interpersonal, psychodynamic perspective, influenced by object relations and attachment theories. She also utilizes mindfulness and integrates CBT, DBT MI, and other evidence-based practices into her work.
Natalie has been married for 31 years, has raised two wonderful sons, and loves spending time with her grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, snow skiing, and yoga.
