Holidays at Eva Carlston

Balancing emotions during holidays and treatment can be difficult. At Eva Carlston Academy we understand the importance of allowing teenagers to be teenagers, and to experience the norms of adolescence. Holidays have been a great time to have fun and do just that. A family home environment gives the girls the same opportunities and experiences they would have as if they were back home. Kristi Ragsdale, the Executive Director at Eva Carlston Academy has stressed to the team for years the importance of making sure the girls enjoy themselves and experience the fun traditions of holidays. For Halloween, the girls were able to get out of the house and enjoy the annual Halloween Carnival, dress up in costumes and spend the day playing games and enjoying time with friends.
