Student Essay: Leader

When I was manager I learned that I can be a good leader. I am used to being a follower so this was a great opportunity for me to explore displaying leadership as a skill. I was able to get everything done in a calm and collected manner, my peers also thought I was pleasant every day and had a good voice tone. One thing that was stressfull was being held accountable for all of my peers actions. It was a great learning experience. And I know that I will be more prepared for next time.
