Teacher
Anna Marie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Utah with a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification. She has an eclectic teaching background that spans 24 years where she has taught both history and English at multiple different grade levels. A lover of learning, she also knows Spanish and is currently studying ASL.
Her advice for students is, “Love fiercely, live passionately, and find that fire within.”
Anna Marie enjoys needle arts of all sorts: knitting, needlepoint, cross-stitch, embroidery (both by hand and machine,) and sewing, to name a few. However, her favorite thing in the world is listening to her four adult children talk and laugh whenever they have the chance to get together.
