Brad Norman

Training & Team Development

Brad joined Eva Carlston with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and their families, much of that time spent in the supervision and training of direct care professionals. His long career working in the Teaching-Family Model has resulted in four national certifications, national evaluator credentials, and a unique perspective into the comprehensive development of effective and dedicated treatment teams.

Brad receivedĀ his Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, with an emphasis on mental health. “It is a privilege to work alongside our dedicated staff and see students persevere through incredible obstacles.”

Brad is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys playing games, especially when he wins. In his free time outside of work he volunteers as a youth football coach and spends time with his family.
