Milieu Manager
Chelsea earned her Associate degree from Snow College where, with the help of an enthusiastic professor, she found her love of psychology and behavioral health. After graduating from Snow College she went on to earn her Bachelor degree in psychology from the University of Utah.
Chelsea worked with teens in residential treatment for several years before finding her way to Eva Carlston in 2020. Chelsea started as a Mentor and was promoted to Shift Supervisor before joining the leadership team as a Milieu Manager. She is very excited to serve in this leadership role and hopes to continue to help the milieu team develop. “It’s amazing to watch the youth grow and change every single day and I am excited to be there with them and show them how much we all care.”
Chelsea loves to grow vegetables in her home garden, swimming, and spending time with her tortoise.
