MS - Parent Coach
Ericka has worked with struggling youth and families for many years and began her journey providing direct behavioral intervention and support using the Teaching-Family Model in a residential setting. Later, she worked as as an educational consultant with a large firm, and worked extensively with parents in developing and implementing strategic plans to transition their children from therapeutic programs either home or other residential experiences, including boarding school.

Ericka earned her masters degree from Utah State University in psychology with a focus in experimental behavior analysis. Ericka is originally from New Hampshire, but Utah felt like home. After eight years in Texas, she moved back to the mountains of Utah to hike, camp, ski, and generally explore the outdoors with her husband, two kids, and large dog.
