Residential Director
Lydia grew up in Rhode Island and graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources degree. After working in beautiful places near Lake Tahoe and the Grand Tetons, Lydia moved to Salt Lake City for the beautiful mountains. It was there that she discovered her passion for helping others working for a women’s substance abuse treatment program.
She was drawn to Eva Carlston by our female-owned and operated organization, and focus on the wellbeing and health of girls. Lydia started at Eva Carlston as a Mentor, Shift Supervisor, and Milieu Manager before taking on the role of Residential Director. “I am extremely excited to work with the students to help support them and their growth as a member of the treatment team.”
Lydia loves traveling and being outdoors; some of her favorite activities include climbing, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her cat, Coconut.
