• Kristin has been to 21 countries, some more than once
• DC is her favorite place in the US to visit
• After graduate school, she received fellowships from Bill of Rights Institute, Civil War Trust, National Endowment for the Humanities, and Hinckley Institute of Politics to travel and study history close up
• She is a hockey mom, band mom
• She has been at Eva Carlston for 6 years 
• She attended the U of U on a music scholarship
• She enjoys kickboxing and hiking
• She volunteers on the Curriculum Committee for Better Days 2020, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment (women’s suffrage)
• She loves her goldendoodle, Pepper (see the picture above)
