Noel Koons – Staff Spotlight

Noel Koons enjoys working collaboratively with a great team in a program that aims to get to the root of the issues rather than chasing symptoms and behaviors. “Working with an excellent team makes my job as a therapist much easier. The kids feel safe, secure, and cared about and are they’re more willing to do the work. As they do the work, they progress and they feel it. We all feel successful. It’s inspiring.” Noel also thoroughly enjoys being able to ride his bicycle to work.
